We have two girl names I haven't seen jump too far up the list yet: Ripley + Ezra.
Old pop culture reference for the first. Gender-neutral for the second (so maybe we will see people catch on to that one soon?)
I haven't decided if its better to have a name that is searchable or one that gets lost in the sea of same names... I guess we'll find out when they have more of a digital footprint!
But it does make it easier to grab a gmail that is exactly their names!
As someone who has a one-year-old Olivia, I feel a little unoriginal having THE most popular baby name, but she feels like such an Olivia and we are all obsessed with her.
The weird thing is, I only know one Olivia in my life. It’s been the top name for so long, and yet I know more kids named Rosie (I know like 7!), Emma, Claire, Lucy, Charlotte, Avery, Addie, Evelyn, and Sophia. I feel like if I was to name a baby Olivia, she wouldn’t actually know a ton of other Olivia’s as she grew up.
I have this experience too! Oliver and Olivia have both been top 5 for years in the UK, but none of my three children know an Oliver or an Olivia. They know lots of Rosie's and Arthur's instead
Yes! I’ve asked multiple nieces and nephews, and they’ve said the same thing! They only know maybe one Olivia or none at all. Where are all the Olivias hiding?
As a Brit, can I just say it is WILD to me that Liam is such a popular name in the US. I think it's rising in the ranks here too, though nowhere near as high up the list as for you guys, but for such a long time here it's really felt like one of those names that was destined to disappear

I’ve had the same thought re digital footprint especially since mine is so distinct!
I’m pregnant with a James (Jamie), so he’ll be helping the name stay in the top ten for 2026!
great choice!!

and also – it’s popular because it’s a great name!
You can't go wrong with Olivia. There's a reason it's so popular!

Love this! We are debating a middle name for our first daughter. Only one of our four son’s names made it onto this list!
on the top 10 or top 1,000?
On the top ten! We have an Oliver haha.
Just put a hold on Libby for your book! Excited to read it!
yay!!!
I love this! I am always so obsessed with baby names too, especially as a mom haha
weirdly, I have been since I was like 22. idk why!!
Very funny!
